4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, project descriptions, case studies, videos, audio, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of SUPRA or its licensors, protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
SUPRA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to:
- Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Content.
- Distribute, sell, or lease any Content for commercial purposes.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use SUPRA’s name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written consent.
4.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit feedback, inquiries, or other content to the Site (e.g., via contact forms or career applications), you grant SUPRA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes, including improving services, responding to inquiries, or marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.
4.4 Intellectual Property Violations

9. Indemnification

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia, specifically the Central Jakarta District Court. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.
12.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
At SUPRA’s discretion, we may agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. Any such arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, in the Indonesian or English language, as mutually agreed.
13. Force Majeure
SUPRA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, or technical failures.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. No Waiver
SUPRA’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SUPRA.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SUPRA regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
